Organize, plan and implement recreation and therapeutic activities both in-house and in the community for group as well as individual programming.
Act as case manager for assigned consumer.
Provide direct supervision to all consumers participating in the recreation/therapeutic programs.
Coordinate, prepare and disseminate monthly consumer activities calendar for the CE Program.
Write and implement Individual Program Plans, consumer progress notes and Overall Plan of Service.
Maintain accurate consumer records and files with reports as to consumer progress.

Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
One year experience in conducting recreational activities with people who are cognitively, psychiatrically or physically disabled.
Must have physical endurance and skills to participate in physical fitness and water activities for up to 60 minutes.
