Assist in the coordination, maintenanc, installation and development of hardware and software systems.
Orient and train new users in the use of computer equipment and software programs and support all agency users.
Support software applications in the areas of word processing, spreadsheet, data base, desktop publishing and email.
Assist in the evaluation and establishment of hardware and software purchases.
Perform repairs or upgrades on workstations as required.
Ensure security and integrity of systems operations.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred.
Two years experience in PC based network administration and related computer duties.
Strong knowledge of software and PC network applications including Windows.
Experience working with and training diverse populations.

10/27/11 -  37.5 hrs. per week    9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
