Perform general maintenance and routine errands to support operations at the 2440 Reservoir Avenue location including, but not limited to, overall maintenance of building and grounds, painting, procurement and repair of materials and structures.General transport of mail, packages and special tasks related to daily and general operation of facilities.
Drive agency vehicle to and from headquarters on a regular scheduled basis.
Provide general cleaning using appropriate industrial methods.
Pick up and drop off mail at various locations.
Shoveling, sanding and general maintenance of exterior and interior of building.
Able to work independently and schedule work.
Must read and adjust schedule to accommodate consumer needs.

High School Diploma.
Experience in routine maintenance/custodial duties.
Must have physical endurance and skills to accomplish heavy physical tasks for up to 60 minutes.
