Provide outreach, information and education to high school students and seniors.
Provide direct travel training as requested throughout CT for persons with disabilities and seniors.
Develop curriculums for persons with a disability and seniors to safely access public transportation.
Present and market mobility services to area school systems and senior centers, organizations, etc.
Maintain required written records and reports.

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (flexibility required) occasional late evenings, early mornings/weekends 40 hours

Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Psychology, Social Work or Education.
One year experience working with persons with disabilities in community education programs.
May be outside frequently in all weather conditions.
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Must travel statewide.
