| Responsibilities: |
Assist in planning and implementing comprehensive Community Experience Program. Provide direct supervision of consumers in all program areas. Act as Case Manager to assigned caseload and/or other consumers as necessary. Complete vocational and transitional assessments, data collection systems, case conference reports, consumer work and payroll sheets and other documentation pertaining to consumers. |

| Requirements: |
Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field. One years experience working with challenging individuals. Bilingual preferred. |
