School-To-Career Program
Available in a number of districts throughout Connecticut, this program is designed to help young adults transition from school life to the world of work.
It promotes a partnership among school teachers and counselors, parents, students and the Kennedy Center.
We explore the options available to students with disabilities and special needs after graduation and to enhance their individualized curriculum while they are still in school.
